Ski Club of Great Britain Launches Expanded 2026/27 Freshtracks Ski Holidays

Ski Club of Great Britain Freshtracks Holidays expands with new destinations, abigger Dolomites programme and more Takeover holidays for winter 2026/27
Following limited availability across the Dolomites during last winter's preparations for the Milan Cortina Winter Olympics, Freshtracks returns to the region with an expanded programme offering a wider choice of resorts, instructional holidays and a brand-new Dolomites Takeover week.
The popular Takeover concept returns for Winter 2026/27 with all existing Takeovers back due to strong demand, alongside two new additions in Wengen, Switzerland and the Dolomites, Italy. Open to skiers of all abilities, the holidays have proved especially popular with solo travellers, returning Freshtracks guests and anyone looking to meet like-minded skiers.
Freshtracks will also continue to invest in its long-established Ski Club chalets in Chamonix and Flaine, which remain at the heart of the programme. The chalets provide a welcoming base for a wide range of all mountain, off-piste and ski touring holidays, while offering easy access to world-class terrain in two of the Alps' best-known destinations.
Among the new holidays for Winter 2026/27 are:
4 Vallées Discovery, Hérémence, Switzerland – an on-piste social skiing holiday exploring one of Switzerland's largest ski areas. 16-23 January and 6-13 March, from £2,199pp 7 nights half-board and group Geneva Airport transfers.
Sella Ronda On Piste Instruction, Campitello di Fassa, Italy – designed to help skiers develop their technique on one of the Alps' most famous circuits. 23-30 January, from £1,750pp, 7 nights half-board, group flights and transfers, instruction.
Lenzerheide Easter Weekend, Switzerland – a short break combining spring skiing with a sociable long weekend. 25-29 March, from £1,899pp, 4 nights half-board, group flights and transfers, lift pass.
Women's Off Piste & Touring Skills, Chamonix, France – helping female skiers build confidence in off-piste and ski touring environments. 9-16 January, from £1,850pp, 7 nights chalet-board, instruction/guiding, local transport.
Niseko Discovery, Japan – a new bucket-list adventure to experience the legendary powder snow of Hokkaido. 14-25 January, from £2,850pp, 10 nights B&B, 7 days social skiing, 2 days instruction, group New Chitose Airport transfers.
Wengen Takeover Week – new resort and hotel for the Ski Club Takeover Week, experiencing the club’s skiing and social side together during the week leading up to the world-famous Lauberhorn ski races. 6-13 January, from £1,799pp 7 nights half-board, group flights and transfers.
The 2026/27 programme is organised across seven core holiday categories: Takeover Holidays, On Piste, All Mountain, Off Piste, Ski Touring, Weekend Breaks and Bucket List Adventures.
Freshtracks has also expanded its long-haul programme with more opportunities for adventurous skiers, including holidays to Alberta and British Columbia in Canada, skiing amongst Norway's spectacular fjords and the new Hokkaido adventure centred around Niseko.
For more experienced skiers, the programme includes new off-piste opportunities in Risoul alongside an expanded range of guided off-piste, ski touring and adventure holidays across the Alps, Canada and Japan.
The programme continues to cater for skiers with different ages and abilities, with women's only holidays, under 35 trips and the popular Peak Experience holidays for skiers aged 60 and over returning for another season.
