About Skiing Unlocked

My name is Henry, and I love skiing.

I've spent the last decade working in and around the ski industry - fitting ski boots and selling ski gear, training as an instructor, and for the Ski Club of Great Britain - as a result, I've built up quite a knowledge of all things "ski".

I'm here to share this experience with you. I've often felt that I've had to "unlock" skiing by myself, that there is some great secret to having the time of your life that I've missed or that someone hasn't told me. Everything I've learnt, I've picked up from speaking to the right person at the right time, or struck out by myself to discover and experience.

So this is me putting you in the right place at the right time to, sharing everything you need or want to know to have the perfect ski trip.

I first learnt to ski when I was 12, on a family holiday to Morzine. When I say skiing has taken me all over the world this is not an understatement - from the Pacific coast of Canada to the Pacific coast of Japan, via the Rockies, Scotland, the Alps and plenty in between.
